Thank you for applying for a computer from Recycle-PC.

In order to consider your application we will require the following information :

The name, address and contact number of the person applying.

The name, address and contact number of the person the computer is destined for.

Please state whether the person is :

Disabled, Elderly, A registered charity, A community project, In receipt of benefits. Please can you also tell us why the person requires our help with obtaining a recycled computer.

We offer computers free of charge on a monthly basis throughout the Norfolk Freegle network and we receive upwards of 1000 requests every time we offer them, so any information you give to us in support of your application is important to us and will enable a decision to be made. Information you give, is treated as strictly confidential and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Data Protection Act 2003.

If your application is successful you must make arrangements for the computer to be collected within 48 hours of contact being made otherwise the computer will automatically be offered to another applicant. If you can not collect the computer, arrangements can be made to deliver one to the recipients address, a fee is applicable to cover the cost of transport.

Please remember, we do not provide computers to people who already have a working computer in their home. We do not supply upgrades to your computer unless there are specific special circumstances.

Where applicable: We reserve the right to ask for proof of any benefits. We reserve the right to carry out a check with Internet service providers to ensure that a computer is not already being used at the recipients address. We reserve the right to visit the recipients address to check any information given in the application.

All computers are offered subject to collection from  Recycle-PC workshop.
